Fomo? Nomophobia? Not part of your vocabulary yet? It is happening to many of us at an alarming rate. Fear Of Missing Out and fear of being out of mobile contact (Nomophobia) has many people unable to be away from their mobile devices. In the US, a full 66% of adults have nomophobia and the trend is on the rise worldwide. In an article from Psychology Today, results from a study in the UK stated that "nearly 53 percent of mobile phone users in Britain tend to be anxious when they “lose their mobile phone, run out of battery or credit, or have no network coverage.” (See the full article here).
