We hope so! MANY of our members train with us for mental health reasons and we’re privileged that so many of them feel safe enough to tell us plainly. WE LOVE 😍THIS.

There has even been an increase in this solidarity during the pandemic as more and more people are struggling to manage.

OF COURSE we all know exercise is PROVEN to help manage our mental health issues so we can do better in all aspects of our lives but there is still MUCH WORK TO DO in helping people normalize, validate, and view this in a more positive light.

🎉Our 12th Annual Bring-A-Buddy Pumpkin Charity Workout for Mental Health is coming!

Saturday October 30th
👉10am-1045am
In-Gym AND Online!
👉Minimum $20 Donation
100% Goes to ADAM (Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba).

We will supply pumpkins to workout in gym but workout can be done with or without a pumpkin at home!

👉COSTUMES ENCOURAGED (but if it prevents you from supporting the cause, don’t worry about it!)

We only have 12 spots for FF Members in-gym and the other 12 spots are reserved for buddies or guests you invite and bring!

ONLINE we can take 100 people!
