This program consists of:

• 8 week, no cost, sessions led by a trained peer support worker (course manual costs $25)
• The goal is to learn more about anxiety in children (12 and under) and how to support them
• Throughout 8 weeks participants work through the course manual in virtual group sessions, discuss materials and share experiences
